We're excited to introduce you to our lovely clients, Celeste and Jake. Bride-to-be Celeste had a dreamy proposal by fiancé Jake last December.
Jake popped the question on top of a hill with a sparkly pear shape diamond engagement ring with a micro pavé halo.
Read on to find out more about their love story and how Jake came to find the perfect ring for Celeste.

How did you both meet?
We had known each other since high school, Jake being a Rostrevor boy and me being a Loreto girl, we had probably crossed paths many times but were never formally introduced.
However, we officially met for the first time at the 2015 Adelaide Fringe. I was a performer who was in the Artist Bar after a show and Jake had been given a ticket into the bar for the night too. We had some mutual friends who introduced us to each other and as soon as we met it seemed like we had known each other for years... After some very sweet and patient persistence from Jake, we went on our first date a few weeks later and we've been together ever since.

It was a few months of planning between the ring and the proposal and it all came together perfectly. I had told Celeste I was just taking her out for dinner as a regular 'Date night' we try to do every few months.
I hadn't told her where we were going because I wanted to keep it a surprise but gave her a dress code and had her meet me at home in the late afternoon. As it turned out she wore a white maxi dress which seemed very fitting for the occasion and I knew it was going to be perfect.
As we arrived at the venue - Marybank Weddings, which I had hired privately, I parked the car in the empty car park and dodged questions of where everyone else at the 'restaurant' might be parked. After some persuasion I blindfolded her and lead her up on a steep and winding path to the top of a hill where the winery gardens and patio are - this is where the gorgeous set up from the teams at The Little Laser Co., That Creative Co. and our lovely mums, was waiting, as well as our professional photographer Franki from Frozen Moments.
As we reached the top of the hill, music began playing - I had chosen a song from one of Celeste's favourite artists - and asked her to take off her blindfold. I think that's when she knew what was going on as she then started to cry!
I lead her to the beautiful setup, got down and one knee and proposed!
While I struggled to get the ring on because she was shaking so much when she saw it she was in love and it was a perfect fit! And Franki captured the moment perfectly with some great shots.
We then had a little photo shoot and we're left to spend the next hour together drinking champagne and wandering through the gorgeous winery where we hope to have our engagement party in the new year.
What drew you to Cassandra Mamone pieces?
I've had my eye on Cassandra's pieces for a while and always knew she would be the one I would have design and make the ring.
I've also had some family and friends who have had rings designed by Cass and I've always noticed how perfect a job she did with them and how happy everyone was with her designs.
I knew Celeste loved her stuff too and she would often show me pictures of her ring designs on social media.
I love Cassandra's attention to detail and understanding of exactly what I wanted, she was wonderful to work with and made the whole process exciting and I couldn't have been happier with the end result.
Tell us all about the details of your ring, what was the process like for you, what are your favourite aspects of the piece?
My experience was very relaxed and easy, Cassandra makes you feel like you're just talking to a good friend which is really great for guys that are nervous about getting everything perfect.
Cassandra made Celeste's dream ring a reality, a gorgeous pear-shaped diamond with micro-pave halo and detailing on the band and she even added a little something extra special - small diamonds set under the main setting which set it off perfectly and Celeste absolutely loved.
I also really love the height of the pear diamond setting and how eye-capturing it is, it is really one-of-a-kind.
Do you have any wedding plans yet?
Not yet... Although I haven't wasted much time in getting started! We are in the process of trying to choose a date and venue at the moment and will hopefully have that locked in before the new year.
2018 looks like it will be a busy one but we can't wait for what's to come.
Thank you all so much!!!
