With This Ring...

When one stone isn't enough. Add extra bling to your ring with a twinkling trio.

That's what our client Christina did with her engagement ring. Her fiancé David knew that she wanted a three-stone ring for her engagement ring.

We had the pleasure of designing a stunning Oval engagement ring with two tapered diamond baguettes on each side.

To match, we created a wedding band with round diamonds - a petite version of our Brilliant Eternity ring featured in our Emerald Coast collection.

How did you both meet?

David and I met through a mutual friend one night out.

2 weeks later our mutual friend Johnny told me his friend was 'interested in me' and was wondering if he could pass my number onto him.

A few days later I received a message from David. :)

We organised to meet out on a Friday night with our friends a few weeks later (as I was extremely nervous!).

When my friend Amanda and I finished dinner and it was time for David and me to meet,

I became so nervous that I wanted to cancel the whole thing.

Luckily Amanda "pulled me into place" and told me to calm down.

David greeted me with a huge smile.

I was still nervous but felt reassured because David was so lovely and kind.

We hit it off straight away. David and I spoke to each other for most of the night and by the end of it, I think he and I both knew that there was something special about one another.

The next day, David surprised me at work and had lunch with me.

The rest is history.

Where & when did you get married - tell us a little bit about your special day?

David and I were married on April 21 2018, at Sacred Heart Chapel. We went there a few years ago for a friend's wedding and loved the chapel and its surroundings.

The chapel is also very intimate, our family and friends filled the space and made it extra special.

It rained in the morning of our wedding and was very cool. As the morning progressed, the sun came out and the day was very warm and sunny.

Getting prepared with our bridal party at home (especially for us girls - getting our hair and makeup done!) and going through the motions of the day was so much fun.

Being able to see all the time and effort that went into preparing the wedding made us so happy.

Tell us about your engagement and wedding rings.  What was the process like for you?

David knew that I love three stone engagement rings so when he approached Cassandra, he and Cassandra designed the ring with a modern touch to it.

My engagement ring has two baguettes on the side and a gorgeous oval diamond in the centre!

My wedding ring was inspired by Cassandra's Emerald Coast collection. I adored that ring collection and wanted something similar.

My ring is a half-set diamond band with a scalloped design setting, alternating with pave` set smaller diamonds. Both rings are petite and dainty.

David opted for a simple and elegant wedding ring. His ring is brushed and polish and has 10 diamonds separated and set around the ring.

Cassandra's warm and bubbly personality and professionalism made the process of bringing our ideas to life very easy.

What was your highlight of the day?

The most important highlight of our day was exchanging our vows and confessing our love for one another in front of our family and friends.
