  • Our custom process can take place virtually – via email, phone or video call. We’re more than happy to provide you with images of different diamonds, metals and styles options.
  • We are happy to chat with you regarding your preferred styles and materials in order to create your dream engagement ring, wedding band or special piece.
  • Please keep in mind, all our pieces are made in our Adelaide workshop and our production time for engagement rings/wedding bands/custom pieces is 4 to 6 weeks.

We start the journey of your custom order in 3 easy steps.


Book an appointment or drop us an email 


Once you schedule an appointment to visit our studio or contact us via email, your design consultant will chat with you about your preferred styles, materials and colours in order to create your perfect custom-designed piece.


Choose your design, stone and metal 


We can guide you through the process of finding the right diamond or any precious stones.

We source all of our diamonds and precious stones after going over your design preferences, so prices will be largely dependent on the size and quality of the stones we’re able to source for your piece.

However, we can customise all of our designs to fit within your budget. We will provide you with different stone options to choose from based on your budget.



Review your design and quote


Once we have settled on a design and stone, we will send you a quote outlining all of the details for your confirmation.

We require a 50% deposit before we get started on your custom piece and to secure your order. 

Your order will then begin production with the balance due on completion.


Online Orders


All our pieces are made to order (excluding sterling silver) and require 4 – 5 weeks production time.

As soon as we receive your order, we will then begin the process of crafting your piece.



Custom pieces usually take approximately 4 – 6 weeks for production.

Yes, you can! You are more than welcome to supply your own gold jewellery if you like. 

We only accept rose gold and yellow gold.


These pieces are Price On Application (POA).

Prices differ between ring styles, carat size and diamond cuts.

We accept all major credit/debit cards, Paypal and Afterpay.

Afterpay is only available for orders up to AU$2,000.

Items purchased from the Cassandra Mamone FINE and STERLING SILVER collection may be returned to Cassandra Mamone for return or exchange within 7 days from when you receive your order.

Returns and exchanges are only accepted for unworn, unaltered items in original packaging (Cassandra Mamone leatherette boxes).

Please email sales@cassandramamone.com for return requests and instructions. Please provide your Name, Address, Order Number and Reason for Return.

Returns will only be accepted with a Return Authorisation Number clearly labelled on the package.

Approved returns will be credited for the purchase price of your item. We do not refund shipping charges. Return shipping and insurance is the responsibility of the client.

For return on items that were shipped using our free shipping option, you will be credited the purchase price of the item less the shipping and insurance charges we incurred to ship your order.

The client is responsible for any and all shipping charges on any undeliverable packages.

Orders marked Custom may not be returned.

Cassandra Mamone does not accept returns on any merchandise that has been worn or had the tags removed.

Please allow 10 business days for your return to be processed once the item has been received by our returns department.

We accept exchange in ring size for a fee (excluding sterling silver) – please refer to our Services page for more information.

Keep in mind that engraved pieces are not eligible for return or exchange.

Engraved pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

We’re not able to accomodate a change in size or engraving on any engraved items.





All of our custom pieces come in our signature Cassandra Mamone white box and will include a polishing cloth.

Each of the sterling silver pieces will be wrapped in a CM branded suede pouch and will include a custom silver cleaning cloth.

Shipping is complimentary on all orders over AU$500.

For standard shipping, a postage fee of AU$9.95 (3-5 business days) applies to all orders under AU$500.

We offer express shipping (1-2 business days) for a postage fee of AU$15. 

We ship all orders with Australia Post via registered or express post with signature required on delivery.



All Cassandra Mamone pieces are custom made to order within 4 – 6 weeks (except sterling silver pieces).

For pieces that require engraving, please allow up to 1 week processing time.

Once your order has been shipped, we will send a tracking information email.


Yes we do! International orders are shipped via Fedex. We offer complimentary shipping for all orders over AU$500.

For orders under AU$500 postage fee applies –


International Standard Shipping: AU$25

International Express Shipping: AU$50


The recipient is responsible for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country being shipped to.

If you require something by a certain date, we will do our best to accomodate you.

Kindly note that our custom pieces require 3-4 weeks for production. Please allow up to 1 week processing time for engraving.

Please contact us before placing an order that you need by a certain date.


If your ring size is not an option when ordering please leave us a note at checkout to request your correct sizing.

This is not applicable for sterling silver rings.

If the ring you’ve ordered is the wrong size or it does not fit on your finger, we would be happy to resize it for a fee.

Resizing fee differs based on metals and widths. Please refer to our Services page for more information.

Schedule a ‘Drop off’ appointment with us to get your ring resized.

Ring sizing turnaround approx. 3 – 5 days.

The best way to measure your ring size is to measure your existing ring that fits you well.

Put your ring against a ruler to check on the inside diameter (mm).

Once you know the diameter, match it to the chart here.



Cassandra Mamone uses standard AU/UK ring sizes.

Yes, you do. We are strictly by appointment only. You can schedule an appointment with Cassandra or one of our design consultants via the ‘Schedule Appointment’ page on our website.

We request a minimum of 48 hours’ notice should you wish to cancel your appointment. Failure to do so may result in a $50 cancellation fee.

If you have ordered and paid for a product online we will automatically ship it to you. However you are welcome to collect a piece we have custom made for you by scheduling a ‘Jewellery Pick Up’ appointment via the ‘Schedule Appointment’ page on our website.
