Our custom design process is a great way for us to begin the journey in creating your dream ring.

During design consultations, we will chat with you about metal choice, your favourite diamond cut and ring style.

Apart from engagement ring and wedding ring, we can also create custom pieces for anniversary, birthday and even push present.

Each appointment will cater to your specific needs and requests.

 

 

 

We start the journey of your custom order in 3 simple steps.

 

Book an appointment or drop us an email 

All of our design consultations are by appointment only.

Once you schedule an appointment to visit any of our studios (Adelaide/Melbourne) or contact us via email, your design consultant will chat with you about your preferred styles, materials and colours in order to create your perfect custom-designed piece.

If you're not in Adelaide or Melbourne we are just a phone call away - you can schedule a call with any of our design consultants.

If you're planning on proposing and are able to sneak away one of your partner's rings - please bring it in with you during your consultation (this is so we can check the finger size).

 

 

Initial Consultation - Choose your design, stone and metal

 

We can guide you through the process of finding the right diamond or any precious stones.

We will take you through the 4Cs - cut, colour, clarity and carat.

We source all of our diamonds and precious stones tailored to your design preferences, so prices will be largely dependent on the size and quality of the stones we’re able to source for your piece.

However, we can customise all of our designs to fit within your budget.

Ladies, if you are coming in with your man; we will show you different ring styles, you will also be able to try on different designs that we have on hand during your consultation.

 

 

Review your design and quote

After the consult, we will send you a quote via email outlining all of the details for your confirmation.

We require a 50% deposit before we get started on your custom piece and to secure your order. 

Cassandra will then start the process of designing your ring. Your order will then begin production with the balance due on completion.

Each of our custom pieces takes approximately 4 - 6 weeks for production.
