BOOK AN APPOINTMENT OR DROP US AN EMAIL
Our process begins with a personal consultation. Once you schedule an appointment to visit one of our studios (Adelaide/Melbourne) or contact us via email, your design consultant will chat with you about your preferred styles, materials and colours in order to create your perfect piece. We also offer Virtual consultations for interstate and overseas clients.
2.
Initial Consultation - Choose Your Design, Stone and Metal
Our design consultants will inquire about your preferred metal and ring style. We will assist you in selecting the perfect diamond or other precious stones.
If you visit with your partner, we will present various ring styles and allow you to try on different designs available during your consultation.
3.
REVIEW YOUR DESIGN AND QUOTE
After the consult, we then look at sourcing the most beautiful diamond and stone options for you. We will email you all the finer details to start the making process.
4.
PRODUCTION
With your selected diamond, gems, metals and all other design elements we then begin to hand make your special piece. Every detail is carefully considered and expertly executed as we handcraft your personalized piece using the finest materials and expert craftsmanship.
5.
COMPLETION
The happiest moment has arrived! Your piece has been made with love and is now ready for collection. We will email you so you can schedule an appointment to collect in the studio.
For interstate and international clients we will arrange shipping. Your ring will be elegantly presented in our distinctive white and gold box, complete with a polishing cloth, care card, and dust bag.
