At Cassandra Mamone, we only use naturally mined diamonds and gemstones in all our pieces.
Diamonds can be classified according to the 4 Cs – cut, colour, clarity and carat weight. The combination of these four factors determines the value of a diamond. Every diamond is unique. We abide by a very strict diamond sourcing criterion to ensure we only source highly graded diamonds. All centre diamonds used in our engagement rings are individually sourced and hand-set to ensure the highest quality. Diamonds that are above 50pts (0.50ct) will have a GIA certificate. Cassandra Mamone only sources diamonds SI1 and above in clarity, F and above in colour, with no fluorescence and a minimum cut grade of Very Good.
* Please note all online purchases of diamond engagement rings will be F in colour and SI1 in clarity. If you would like a diamond higher in clarity and/or colour, please email us for a custom quote at design@cassandramamone.com

SHIPPING
Shipping is complimentary for orders over AU$500 to one address. A standard shipping amount of AU$9.95 will be applied for all orders under AU$500 within Australia.
We offer express shipping for a postage fee of AU$15 for orders under $500.
Australian domestic orders are sent via Australia Post.
All pieces are made to order (excluding sterling silver) please allow 6-8 weeks to receive your order.

Sterling silver orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days.
Please allow up to 1 week processing time for engraved orders.
Cassandra Mamone jewellery ships worldwide via DHL Express.
For international orders under AU$5000 postage fee applies –
International Shipping: AU$100
The recipient is responsible for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country being shipped to.

Our studios will be closed from 22nd December 2023 - 7th January 2024. All orders placed from 22nd December 2023 - 7th January 2024 will be processed from 8th January 2024.
RETURN POLICY
We do not offer exchanges or returns for change of mind on orders. These pieces are made to order therefore they are unique to you.
If you experience any issues with your purchase or have any queries regarding resizing or repairs, please contact us at orders@cassandramamone.com for return requests and instructions and we would be happy to help. Please provide your Name, Address, Order Number and Reason for Return.
Our design consultants will assess pieces on a case to case basis.
The client is responsible for any and all shipping charges on any undeliverable packages.
Engraved pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
