SHIPPING

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

Complimentary shipping is available for orders over AU$500 to one address.
Orders under AU$500 incur a standard shipping fee of AU$10
Express shipping is available for AU$15 on orders under AU$500.
All domestic orders are shipped via Australia Post.

Processing Times

All pieces are made to order within 4 to 6 weeks. Specific processing times can be found on each product page.
Ready-to-ship items will be dispatched within 1–3 business days.
For custom orders, please contact a Cassandra Mamone representative to discuss estimated delivery times.

International Shipping

Cassandra Mamone jewellery ships worldwide via DHL Express.
Orders under AU$5,000 incur a shipping fee of AU$100.
The recipient is responsible for all import duties, customs, and local taxes imposed by the destination country.

Holiday Shipping

Our Atelier will be closed from 19th December 2025 to 11th January 2026. All orders placed from 19th December 2025 to 11th January 2026 will be processed from 12th January 2026.

RETURN POLICY

All pieces are made to order and unique to you; therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind.
For any issues with your purchase, including resizing or repairs, please contact us at orders@cassandramamone.com. Include your name, address, order number, and reason for return. Our design consultants will assess each request on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds & Shipping Charges

Approved returns will be credited for the purchase price only. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Return shipping and insurance are the responsibility of the client.
For items shipped with complimentary shipping, refunds will be credited minus the shipping and insurance costs originally incurred.
Clients are responsible for any shipping fees on undeliverable packages.

Final Sale & Exchanges

Engraved pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
