Yes, our Atelier is by appointment only, so we can provide you with the best possible experience and dedicate one-on-one time to every client. Whether you're exploring engagement rings, discussing a bespoke design, remodelling a treasured piece, or simply trying on jewellery, your appointment allows us to focus entirely on you.

We request a minimum of 48 hours notice should you wish to cancel your appointment. Failure to do so may result in a $50 cancellation fee.

When placing your order online, you can choose to have your piece shipped directly to you or collect it from our North Adelaide Atelier. Simply book a Jewellery Pick Up appointment when your piece is ready.

Our Atelier is located in North Adelaide. We are located at 23 Centenary Street, North Adelaide, SA 5006. We are by appointment only.

Not at all. Some of our clients come in with family stones, or screenshots or just a rough idea of budget. Appointments are about talking through ideas and trying different styles on, not committing to anything. There is no pressure and no obligation. We feel our appointment structure is the best way for us to understand what you're after and show you what's possible. You can also email our team at any time with questions or use live chat.

We start the journey of your custom order in 3 easy steps.

Book an appointment or drop us an email 

Once you've scheduled an appointment to visit our studio or contact us via email, your design consultant will chat with you about your preferred styles, materials and colours in order to create your perfect custom-designed piece.

Choose your design, stone and metal 

We can guide you through the process of finding the right diamond or any precious stones.

We source all of our diamonds and precious stones after going over your design preferences, so prices will be largely dependent on the size and quality of the stones we’re able to source for your piece.

However, we can customise all of our designs to fit within your budget. We will provide you with different stone options to choose from based on your budget.

Review your design and quote

Once we have settled on a design and stone, we will send you a quote outlining all of the details for your confirmation.

We require a 50% deposit before we get started on your custom piece and to secure your order. 

Your order will then begin production, with the balance due on completion.

Online Orders

All our pieces are made to order (excluding sterling silver) and take approximately 6 weeks of production time.

As soon as we receive your order, we will begin the process of crafting your piece.

Yes, you can! You are more than welcome to supply your own gold jewellery if you like. We only accept rose gold and yellow gold.

At Cassandra Mamone we uphold and maintain the value of sourcing you the very best diamonds, this means natural diamonds. We take pride in selecting your beautiful diamond from start to finish, therefore we do not accept other diamonds (excluded our remodel services).

All centre diamonds used in our engagement rings are GIA certified, individually sourced and hand set to ensure the highest quality. Cassandra Mamone only sources diamonds with a clarify grade of SI1 or above, and colour of H or above.

* Please note all online purchases of diamond engagement rings will be H in colour and SI1 in clarity. If you would like a diamond higher in clarity and colour, please email us for a custom quote at design@cassandramamone.com

We accept all major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and Afterpay.

Afterpay is only available for orders up to AU$4,000.

Shipping timeframes do not include production time for made-to-order pieces. Please allow approximately 6 weeks for your jewellery to be handcrafted before dispatch.

Once your order is complete, we offer complimentary Express Shipping on orders over $250. For orders under $250, shipping charges apply. Express deliveries within Australia typically arrive within 1–2 business days of dispatch, depending on your location. Standard shipping is typically 5-7 business days.

You will receive tracking details via email as soon as your order has been shipped.

These pieces are Price On Application (POA).

All Cassandra Mamone pieces are made to order, unless otherwise stated.

Please allow approximately 6 weeks for the production of engagement rings, diamond wedding bands, and custom designs. Memory Rings have an estimated production timeframe of 2–3 weeks.

Please note that production timeframes apply to manufacturing only and do not include shipping or delivery times.

Yes, we ship Australia-wide and worldwide. 

Shipping within Australia is complimentary on all orders over AU$250.

For standard shipping, a postage fee of AU$12 (3-5 business days) applies to all orders under AU$500.

We offer express shipping (1-2 business days) for a postage fee of AU$20. 

We ship all orders with Australia Post via registered or express post with a signature required on delivery.

International orders are shipped via DHL. We offer complimentary shipping for all orders over AU$5000.

For orders under AU$5000 postage fee applies –

 International Shipping: AU$100

The recipient is responsible for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country being shipped to.

All Cassandra Mamone pieces are custom-made to order, approximately 6 weeks (except sterling silver pieces).

For pieces that require engraving, please allow up to 1 week processing time.

All of our custom pieces come in our signature Cassandra Mamone white box and will include a polishing cloth. Each of the sterling silver pieces will be wrapped in a CM branded suede pouch and will include a custom silver cleaning cloth.

If you require something by a certain date, we will do our best to accommodate you.

Kindly note that our custom pieces require approximately 6 weeks for production. Please allow up to 1 week processing time for engraving.

Please contact us before placing an order that you need by a certain date.

If your ring size is not an option when ordering please leave us a note at checkout to request your correct sizing.

This is not applicable for sterling silver rings.

If the ring you’ve ordered is the wrong size or does not fit on your finger, we would be happy to resize it for a fee.

Resizing fee differs based on metals and widths. Please refer to our Services page for more information.

Schedule a ‘Resize & Repair ’ appointment with us to get your ring resized.

The best way to measure your ring size is to measure your existing ring that fits you well.

Put your ring against a ruler to check on the inside diameter (mm).

Once you know the diameter, match it to the chart here.

 Cassandra Mamone uses standard AU/UK ring sizes.

Engraved pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

We’re not able to accomodate a change in size or engraving on any engraved items.

Please refer to our Shipping and Returns page for more information. As each piece is custom made to order, we are unable to offer refunds. 

Items purchased from the Cassandra Mamone STERLING SILVER collection may be returned to Cassandra Mamone for return or exchange within 7 days from when you receive your order.

Returns and exchanges are only accepted for unworn, unaltered items in original packaging (Cassandra Mamone leatherette boxes).

Please email design@cassandramamone.com for return requests and instructions.

Approved returns will be credited for the purchase price of your item. We do not refund shipping charges. Return shipping and insurance is the responsibility of the client.

For return on items that were shipped using our free shipping option, you will be credited the purchase price of the item less the shipping and insurance charges we incurred to ship your order.

The client is responsible for any and all shipping charges on any undeliverable packages.

Cassandra Mamone does not accept returns on any merchandise that has been worn or had the tags removed.

Please allow 10 business days for your return to be processed once the item has been received by our returns department.

Cassandra Mamone recommends having your jewellery professionally checked and cleaned annually.

At Cassandra Mamone, we offer a complimentary first ring clean for all clients, as well as unlimited on-the-spot ultrasonic cleaning and in-house assessments to ensure your jewellery always looks its best.

Rhodium plating generally takes 5-10 business days.

Absolutely. We offer professional repairs, resizing, and polishing for Cassandra Mamone pieces. Please bring your piece into our studio for assessment so we can provide a quote and timeframe.

We recommend bringing your jewellery in once a year for a clean and inspection. Our jewellers can check for any loose stones, wear, or damage to ensure your piece stays secure and sparkling.

Yes - we kindly ask that you book an appointment here to drop off your ring for cleaning, rhodium plating, or repair. This ensures our team can assess your piece in person and provide the best possible care and advice.
