Our process begins with a personal consultation. Once you schedule an appointment to visit our Atelier or contact us via email, your design consultant will chat with you about your preferred styles, materials and colours in order to create your perfect piece. We also offer Virtual consultations for interstate and overseas clients.

Initial Consultation - Choose Your Design, Stone and Metal
During your consultation, we explore everything together - metal preference, ring style, stone shape, and the feeling you want your piece to carry.
We'll guide you through our collection of natural diamonds and precious gemstones, helping you find the one that speaks to you.
If you're visiting with your partner, you're welcome to try on a range of styles so the design feels truly right before anything is committed to.
3.
REVIEW YOUR DESIGN AND QUOTE
After the consult, we then look at sourcing the most beautiful diamond and stone options for you. We will email you all the finer details to start the making process.
4.
PRODUCTION
With your selected diamond, gems, metals and all other design elements we then begin to hand make your special piece. Every detail is carefully considered and expertly executed as we handcraft your personalized piece using the finest materials and expert craftsmanship.
5.
COMPLETION
Your piece is complete. We'll be in touch to arrange collection at the studio - a moment we always look forward to as much as you do. For interstate and international clients, your piece will be carefully packaged and dispatched via insured courier.
It arrives presented in our signature white and gold gift box, accompanied by a polishing cloth, care card, and dust bag - ready to be gifted, worn, and treasured.
