WARRANTY POLICY
As all of our pieces are made to order (excluding sterling silver items), we do not accept exchanges or returns due to a change of mind.
Cassandra Mamone offers a lifetime manufacturing warranty on all custom pieces. If a fault is determined to be due to a manufacturing issue, we will cover all repair or replacement costs.
Please note, our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or misuse.
You are entitled to one complimentary cleaning and inspection with our design consultants. We encourage you to take advantage of this to help maintain the longevity of your piece.
If your jewellery requires repair or servicing, please contact us via email or book an appointment. Our design consultants will assess each piece on a case-by-case basis.
To ensure your warranty remains valid, all polishing, resizing, or repairs must be carried out by Cassandra Mamone. Any external alterations may void your warranty.
