For cleaning and maintenance of all jewellery, be sure to use a high-quality polish cloth and keep all jewellery away from abrasive chemicals. As a rule, Cassandra Mamone jewellery should always be removed if it has the potential to be exposed to chemicals or knocked through daily activities.
At Cassandra Mamone, we offer complimentary first-ring cleaning for all clients and complimentary lifetime ultrasonic cleaning and in-house assessment. Ring cleaning and ring sizing turnaround approx. 5 business days.
CARING FOR YOUR CASSANDRA MAMONE JEWELLERY
Your Cassandra Mamone engagement ring is a fine piece of jewellery and should always be treated with care. We recommend removing your CM piece to do all things home-related and popping it on for when going out (inc for work) and for special occasions.

Book annual servicing with our team for professional cleaning, repairs and setting inspections.
Store your jewellery separately in a soft-lined box with dividers, or its
original packaging to prevent scratches.
Remove jewellery before showering, swimming or using skincare, soaps, chlorine and perfumes can cause build-up or tarnishing.
DON'T:
✘ Don't wear jewellery during sports, gym sessions, or hands-on tasks- even precious metals like gold can bend or loosen over time.
✘ Don’t apply lotions or perfume while wearing your jewellery, as residue
can dull its natural shine.
✘ Don’t sleep in your jewellery — pressure or movement overnight may weaken prongs or settings.

Here is what you'll need:

✨ Mild detergent
✨ Soft tissue

1. In a small bowl, mix a mild detergent with warm water and use a soft-bristle toothbrush to clean your ring lightly and around your settings.
2. Rinse with clean water and dry with a soft tissue.
3. Polish with your Cassandra Mamone high-quality polishing cloth.
