We recommend booking your piece at least 3–5 days before your event to ensure it arrives on time. All rentals are shipped via Express Post at a fee of $15, but booking early guarantees peace of mind. We do not deliver on weekends.

Absolutely. You can select multiple items for the same rental period — perfect for styling your full look or bridal party.

All rental booking fees are non-refundable. Once your order is placed, the piece is reserved exclusively for you for the selected dates — so we’re unable to offer refunds for cancellations or change of mind.

Yes — our pieces are made to be worn and enjoyed. Just be mindful of removing your jewellery before swimming, heavy dancing, or exposure to water and perfumes.

Yes! You can book a Styling Appointment in our Adelaide studio or virtually. We’re here to help you choose the perfect piece for your occasion.

We carefully inspect and professionally clean every piece before it’s sent out. However, if your jewellery arrives damaged or not in perfect condition, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it, and we’ll arrange a solution straight away.

We recommend removing your jewellery before swimming, showering, sleeping, or exercising to keep it in pristine condition. Exposure to water, sweat, or chemicals may affect the finish or stones.

Your order comes with a prepaid return label. Simply pack your jewellery back in its original packaging, attach the label, and drop it off at any Australia Post location.

No need! We professionally clean and sanitise every piece between rentals — so you can just return it as is.

Late returns incur a $50 fee per additional day, as another client may be waiting for the piece. If you're running behind, please get in touch with us as soon as possible — we understand things happen and will always do our best to assist.
