WARRANTY

As all of our pieces are made to order (except sterling silver) we do not accept exchanges or returns for change of mind. 

Cassandra Mamone offers a lifetime manufacturing warranty on custom pieces. If the issue is due to manufacturing, Cassandra Mamone will cover any repair or replacement fees.

Normal wear and tear is not covered by our warranty. 

You are also entitled to a free first cleaning and inspection by our design consultants. 

Please contact us via email or schedule an appointment if your piece requires repair or services. Our design consultants with assess pieces on a case to case basis. 

Your warranty will be voided if your piece has been polished or resized by another jeweller other than Cassandra Mamone.
