We started talking online back in 2014 and the rest is history. We have been together for 9 years now!
WHAT DREW YOU TO CASSANDRA MAMONE FOR THE DESIGN OF YOUR ENGAGEMENT PIECE?
I have been following Cassandra for a while now and always loved her rings! I knew I wanted one when we eventually got engaged so I would send Luke hints from her Instagram haha. The Oval Perlina caught my eye as it is the perfect combination of a timeless yet unique style.

In our home on Easter morning, we were getting ready to spend the day with our families when Luke said he had a gift for me. I had assumed it was a gift for Easter when he handed me a large box which actually entailed all the ring information. As I was opening the box he grabbed the ring from where it was hiding next to him and got down on one knee. It was such a simple yet special moment that felt very ‘us’. We then spent the day celebrating with our loved ones.
TELL US ALL ABOUT THE DETAILS OF YOUR RING, WHAT WAS THE PROCESS LIKE FOR YOU, AND WHAT ARE YOUR FAVOURITE ASPECTS OF THE PIECE.
My ring is an oval diamond on a yellow gold Perlina beaded band. Adele our consultant was so helpful throughout the whole process and really puts love and care into her job. I couldn’t pick my favourite aspect of the ring as I love everything about it, from the double cat claws , the beautiful band and of course the sparkling colourless diamond.
DO YOU HAVE ANY WEDDING PLANS YET?
Not just yet but we are so excited to get married and have already been looking into potential venues!
