All Cassandra Mamone pieces are made to order, unless otherwise stated.

Please allow approximately 6–8 weeks for the production of engagement rings, diamond wedding bands, and custom designs. Memory Rings have an estimated production timeframe of 2–3 weeks.

We source from a broad range of high-quality natural diamonds, selecting each stone based on its individual merits and suitability for the piece being created.

All of our pieces are created in 9ct or 18ct yellow, rose and white gold and platinum so you can wear them for many years to come.
The main difference between 9ct and 18ct gold is the amount of pure gold in the metal. 9ct gold contains 37.5% pure gold, while 18ct gold contains 75% pure gold. This means that 18ct gold is more valuable and expensive than 9ct gold. Read more about our metals here. 

Over time, fine jewellery can become a family heirloom if it is cared for properly. Daily wear can affect the brilliance of diamonds, gemstones and metals.
We recommend a professional cleaning and check at least once a year to keep your Cassandra Mamone piece sparkling and secure. Our expert jewellers specialise in fine jewellery care, from cleaning natural gemstones and engagement rings to tightening settings and restoring heirloom pieces.
For cleaning and maintenance of all jewellery, be sure to use a high-quality polish cloth and keep all jewellery away from abrasive chemicals. As a rule, Cassandra Mamone jewellery should always be removed if it has the potential to be exposed to chemicals or knocked through daily activities.
At Cassandra Mamone, we offer complimentary first-ring cleaning for all clients and complimentary lifetime ultrasonic cleaning and in-house assessment. Ring cleaning and ring sizing turnaround approx. 5 business days.

All Cassandra Mamone engagement rings and wedding bands are custom-made within 6 to 8 weeks. Free shipping in Australia on orders over AU$500. AU$9.95 postage fee for orders under AU$500. Express shipping available for AU$15.
