3. Return with Ease
When you’re done, place your jewellery back in its original packaging, attach the prepaid return label provided, and drop it off at any Australia Post location. It’s that simple.
We want your jewellery to arrive in perfect time for your special moment. We recommend booking a few days before your event to allow for smooth delivery and peace of mind.
All pieces are sent via Express Post, and you’ll receive tracking details once your order is on its way.
When your moment has passed, simply return your piece using the prepaid return label and satchel provided. Just pack it securely in the original packaging, drop it off at any Australia Post location, and you’re all set.
