ENGAGEMENT FEATURE: BRIANNA & ZAK

Our beautiful friend Bri said a big YES to her partner Zak back in May. Zak had sneakily planned a surprise proposal for Brianna in sunny Brisbane. Zak initially came into our studio and had a consultation with Cassandra to create Bri's stunning engagement ring. He chose our Marquise Diamond engagement ring in 18ct yellow gold. We're so honoured to be a part of our clients beautiful love story.

HOW DID YOU BOTH MEET?

We met at a bar in 2017.

Brianna: We were in Byron Bay for a wedding in May 2022. I booked a couple of extra nights in Brisbane at the Calile Hotel - I didn't even think Zak knew the name of the hotel! When we checked in, Zak had sneakily organised for @Proposalsbylandm to set up our Suite at the Calile with the most amazing setup I have ever seen!

Flowers, balloons, champagne, an arbour, candles, music - the whole works! I opened the suite door and my jaw fell to the floor, I was in shock! Totally unexpected and I wouldn't have wanted it any other way. Zak then stood in front of the arbour and popped the question, which I absolutely said yes to...Whilst sobbing at the same time. It was magical and we were in a love bubble for the rest of the trip (and still are).

TELL US ALL ABOUT THE DETAILS OF YOUR RING, WHAT WAS THE PROCESS LIKE FOR YOU, WHAT ARE YOUR FAVOURITE ASPECTS OF THE PIECE?

Being a friend of Cass', she knew exactly what I wanted. A simple 18ct yellow gold, marquise diamond ring. Zak booked in an appointment with Cass in March where they began the process, Zak raved about how the process was so easy and seamless. He stated he would have been totally lost without Cass's help and expertise. Zak recommends Cassandra Mamone to anyone that is thinking of proposing, or even for any jewellery in general!

DO YOU HAVE ANY WEDDING PLANS YET?

YES, no time wasting here! Our wedding date is 2nd December 2023 @ Beresford Estate, Mclaren Vale.
