ENGAGEMENT FEATURE: TARA & SAM

Tara and Sam met through mutual friends when they were just 16 years old and they've been together for 10 years ever since. Recently, Sam proposed to Tara with our beautiful Soul Ring in yellow gold. I loved the unique design and attention to to detail in Cassandra's rings. The Soul Ring always stood out to me as it was beautiful and dainty.

SHARE WITH US YOUR ENGAGEMENT STORY.

I arranged Sam's 28th birthday at Yering Winery in the Yarra Valley. We wanted to keep it casual and just bought a big picnic rug and invited some of our closest friends. Sam's sister bought him a cake - we sang happy birthday and then he flipped it on me and said that we never had an anniversary in the ten years that we've been together and that he thought it was about time he changed that. He got down on one knee and I was so surprised and delighted!

TELL US ALL ABOUT THE DETAILS OF YOUR RING, WHAT WAS THE PROCESS LIKE FOR YOU, WHAT ARE YOUR FAVOURITE ASPECTS OF THE PIECE?

My ring is the Soul Ring in yellow gold. I am petite so I've always wanted something that was unique and dainty. I love the two stones and the detailed swirl in the band. I also love the setting with the stones raised.

DO YOU HAVE ANY WEDDING PLANS YET?

No wedding plans yet...we waited 10 years to get engaged so imagine it will take us some time to walk down the aisle also. The most important thing for us is ensuring that we have all our closest friends and family with us.
