One of our most common client questions is “do you have an actual shop?”
We do, it’s just not the kind you walk past on the street and pop in.

Our Atelier is in North Adelaide, and it’s appointment only on purpose.

When Cassandra started designing almost 20 years ago, every piece was made around a real conversation with a real person. What did they love? What was their partner like? What story did they want to tell?
That hasn’t changed as the studio has grown, we’ve protected that model deliberately rather than trading it for extra foot traffic. 

A walk in store means sharing a consultant’s attention across however many people are browsing at once on a schedule that suits the store. An appointment means a dedicated time with Cassandra or a consultant, in a space that isn’t a sales floor. 

You aren’t rushed, and appointments are built for real conversations not a quick transaction. You see real diamonds and materials in person, not just photos and we can call in specific diamonds for viewing if you have an idea of what you are looking for.

There is no pressure to decide on the day, a lot of our clients will go away and have a think about it before committing. We are always available via phone or email. 

If you are coming to us to remodel a family piece, this matters even more. 

One of our clients put it simply after her own remodel: "The love, care and respect Cassandra shows when dealing with sentimental, heirloom pieces really do justice to the people you are honouring." That's only possible because nobody else is in the room.

You don’t need to know what you want yet. Many of our clients book an appointment with nothing more than a rough idea, or some of their own pieces and that’s always been where the real magic happens with Cassandra.
